| Club Honours the President of IRFU |

The club recently held a special night to celebrate Andy Crawford's election as IRFU President for this season. It is 93 years since the clubs last IRFU President and the club marked the occasion by making a presentation to Andy of a specially inscribed Tyrone Crystal ball.
Andy used the occasion to confirm his support for the club game. He stated in his remarks that he was a club man at heart and that he intended to visit as many clubs in Ireland as his Presidential duties permitted.
He welcomed the recent announcement of a five year partnership and sponsorship deal between the IRFU and the Allied Irish Bank to support club community rugby.
Club President Gary Leslie said:"the club was absolutely delighted that Andy had been given this honour and it is a recognition of his hard work for rugby in many administrative and mangaement roles at Dungannon, Ulster and IRFU levels". |
